First Languages Australia bid a fond farewell to our founding manager Faith Baisden with immense gratitude. For more than 20 years, Faith has collaboratively led national language advocacy. Her leadership has nurtured an increase in national attention and commitment to our languages, along with the growth of First Languages Australia, her staff, and our partner organisations efforts to support our languages.

We will miss Faith's dedication, tireless energy and strategic thinking. We wish her well-deserved rest with family over the summer and great success with her future adventures. First Languages Australia looks forward to introducing our new CEO in the new year.
