Professional Development for Young Champions

First Languages Australia was delighted to partner with RNLD (the Resource Network for Linguistic Diversity) to offer a weeklong professional development training course to Young Language Champions in Melbourne in May.

From an exceptional group of applicants, ten were selected. They travelled to Melbourne from as far as Maningrida and Lombadina for a week of training tailored to their specific requests, and have reported that it was a truly rewarding experience which has confirmed their commitment to their language work.
