Employment awards, payrates and terms of employment addressed

First Languages Australia is working with Michelle Gabauer of Effective HR to help establish correct pay rates, awards and role descriptions for language centre staff. In the coming months, these role descriptions will be matched with employment contracts being developed by Arts Law as a suite of employment tools for language centres.
