Presentation at the Australian Languages Workshop

Annalee Pope and Beau Williams attended the recent Australian Languages Workshop at Goompi on Terangeri/Minjerribah. This annual workshop is a gathering of linguists and language practitioners researching, revitalising and advocating for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander languages.

Annalee and Beau presented on First Languages Australia’s Priority Languages Support Program and Young Champion activities. It was an excellent opportunity to meet with communities from across Australia that are using linguistic tools to further their language goals.
