Converge and the Indigenous Digital Leadership Forum

Annalee Pope was pleased to represent First Languages Australia at the Indigenous Digital Leadership Forum (ILDF) and Converge in May this year. ILDF brought Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people together to share experiences and ideas about internet connectivity, digital tools, digital content and digital rights. Annalee gave a presentation on the digital needs of language workers. Following ILDF, the First Nations Media’s annual conference, Converge, was a rich opportunity to share experiences with and learn from our colleagues across the First Nations media industry.
