National Young Champions forum, Canberra

Looking to establish a mentoring role with young community members showing a passion for languages, First Languages Australia and the Ministry for the Arts invited a group of youth delegates from around Australia to meet and work with the more experienced language advocates in Canberra.

Plans are underway for the youth delegates to meet again and to consider undertaking a new project with advice and support from First Languages Australia. They will also be supported to make links with international language programs with whom First Languages Australia has associations.
