Language revitalisation winter school

The University of Queensland’s School of Languages and Cultures is developing a learning program for Indigenous people working to reactivate their languages. The program is being designed by Indigenous university staff together with Indigenous language advocates from language organisations, programs and schools.

As a first step, two short modules ‘Building your Language Revitalisation Network’ and ‘Being an Adult Language Learner’ were offered as a Winter School in early July.

More information on these modules is available here.
